How Long Will It Take To Get My Screen?

What If I Am Not Happy With My Selection?

We have a 14-day return window for any unwanted projector screens that have been ordered in error.

You will need to pay to have the item returned to us, and the item must be unused and in original packaging. Given that Large venue projector screens are usually very large we highly recommend checking measurements carefully to make sure that the screen will fit nicely, and the screen image area is going to match projected image size at the distance that the projector is sited.

Projector Screens Support And Warranty?

All our projector screens come with a 12 month manufacturer return to base warranty. That means if something goes wrong, and it can't be diagnosed over the phone, the screen can be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

We have a team of knowledgable and technical staff who can help diagnose and fix any teething issues you might be having setting up your system.
