The state-of-the-art console gives your receptionist full access to the visitor and staff database. With a just a few clicks you can perform a database search, print visitor reports and fully manage the system. For complete control over the protection of data, you can create multiple user accounts with different permission levels.

The robust but responsive touch screen gives a modern, professional look to your reception or entrance area. The integrated webcam allows you to take instant photos of visitors to create both temporary and permanent ID cards.

The thermal label printer works in tandem with your system, allowing you to print off visitor labels in seconds with the minimum of fuss. Plus, without the need to replace expensive ink cartridges, you will save on costs in the long run.

InVentry seamlessly integrates into your pre-existing. InVentry is a fully functioning standalone service, with no additional software required for you to have the complete visitor sign-in experience. However, for establishments that use a management information system, InVentry has been built to work in unison with a variety of different MIS.

InVentry Anywhere at your fingertips–any place, any time

InVentry Anywhere is the official InVentry app, available on all mobile devices. With InVentry Anywhere, members of staff can remotely sign into your establishment directly from their device, eliminating the need for them to use the Reception Console or Barcode Scanner.

Fire evacuation roll call on your device

InVentry Anywhere makes the whole process easier on the back office as well, with all visitors appearing on the database as if they had manually signed in, making visitor management a doddle.

The app even allows staff members to invite visitors to a future engagement, sending them an invitation email with a scannable barcode, and booking that visitor onto the system.

Fire Evacuation

With InVentry, you are aware of who is on the premises at all times. In the event of a fire drill or fire evacuation, the Fire Evacuation IOS app allows you to access a real-time copy of your visitor list from an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

The app can be opened on as many devices as possible, at unlimited emergency meeting points, and will also sync in real time as long as it is connected to the internet. This enables the leading staff members to have an accurate log of who has been checked off and registered, even displaying students’ photos for ease of use.
